• Ensure works carried out on site are to the plans and specifications.
• Ensure all works are carried out to a high standard and to all OHSW regulations.
• Ensure a successful handover once building works are complete.
• Builders license that extends to $4.9M for commercial type buildings.
• In house, full time registered building supervisor.
